- Provide a period of continuity of care, support and guidance within all aspects of semi-independent living
- Assist and promote the key aspects and skills required to enable a young person to adapt to change
- Prepare young people for the transition into adulthood
- Support further education/employment opportunities
- Promote positive health, wellbeing and lifestyle choices.
